The SF design process typically spans 2-3 weeks. For more complicated bespoke projects, design lead-times maybe longer.
Post-ordering, we aim to deliver all furniture and accessories within 8-12 weeks.

SF Furniture Bundles Service clients: We ask that all furniture that arrives on is checked immediately. Any faults must be reported within 24 hours of accepting delivery and photo evidence of damages provided. SF Full Service clients: all furniture will be checked by our team onsite when installing.
No. All furniture items are approved prior to ordering and everything is made bespoke. It's crucial to review your designs thoroughly with your designer as NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED, except in cases where the item is faulty.
A 20% deposit is required as an engagement fee before we begin work on design schemes. The remaining 80% balance is due when designs and budgets are signed-off and items go into production.
Once you receive the design schemes and furniture list, we recommend contacting your designer within a maximum of 4 weeks. This helps us maintain project focus, adhere to deadlines, and make timely decisions.
We believe that after listening and collaborating with you on the spaces we're designing, the two feedback opportunities provided will yield transformative results. Providing us with detailed input increases the likelihood of delivering a final design you'll love. Should you have additional questions or concerns, we're more than happy to schedule a consultation at a rate of £150/hr ex VAT.

While we can offer suggestions, these extras are not included in the standard design scheme. If you're interested in these additions, we recommend exploring our full-service bespoke design option, which deal with all aspects of hard finishes (from wall finishes to custom cabinetry and choosing sanitary-ware) as this may better suit your needs.
Our SF designers strive to incorporate existing treasured pieces whenever possible. If a piece is deemed inappropriate for the space or the new design, we will provide alternative suggestions.
